Due to the sealed nature of products in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged item or one that is not as described, please email us at blouffludo@gmail.com, and we'll resolve the issue promptly.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so before it ships. Please note that cancellations are subject to a 3% fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charges incurred during the initial transaction.

When you place a pre-order (or back-order) on TCGPlux, all items in your cart will be shipped together with the pre-order item. For example, if a pre-order item ships in one month, all other items in your cart will also be shipped at that time. If you would like non-pre-order items to be shipped immediately, please place them in a separate cart and check out with a separate order. Note that we cannot fulfill or cancel orders partially.
